Q: What are your prices?
A: Prices for our desserts vary widely depending on what you are looking for, however we do have base prices; cakes start at $6/per serving, cupcakes start at $42/dozen and cookies start at $60/dozen. Please keep in mind that these prices are just a starting point and any customizations will incur additional charges.
Q: Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, etc?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate special requests for dietary restrictions including but not limited to: dairy -free, gluten-free, sugar-free, artificial dye free, etc.
We also cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe for individuals for food allergies. All of our products are made in a facility that utilizes the top 8 allergens, so while we do clean and sanitize prior to making your order we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination hasn’t happened. Consume at your own risk.
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: Ideally, as much notice as you can give us is appreciated. For custom cakes and cupcakes, a minimum of 3 weeks notice is required to allow us sufficient time to acquire any necessary materials.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: We require full payment upfront at the time that you place your order. We also require a signed contract in addition to payment to confirm your order and secure your date.
Q: If I have a photo of a cake that I love, can you replicate it?
We love when our customers are prepared with inspiration for their order however, every artist has their own style and skill so we prefer to use it as an inspiration rather than an exact replica. Generally we are also working with slightly different sizes and materials to fit the specifics of your order so we sometimes need to alter the design to better suit your event!
Q: Do you deliver?
A: For larger orders such as weddings, we do deliver. Delivery starts at $10 within 5 miles of our bakery, and $0.75 for each additional mile outside that range.
Q: I want to come visit your bakery. When are you open?
A: We are not a retail bakery that is open to the public. We are available for appointments to discuss your event and needs, but you must contact us to set up an appointment first.
Q: I need an order last minute! Can you help me?
A: We try our very best to accomodate everyone. Please contact us immediately to see if we have availability to take your order. Please note that orders placed 7 days or less from your event date will incur a 15% rush fee if we are able to accomodate your order.
Q: I want to place an order, how can I do that?
A: Please call or email us. We aim to respond within 24 hours of you reaching out. In your email/call, please include details such as, what item(s) you are interested in ordering, the date you would need it for, what flavor(s) you would like (if applicable), how many people you will be serving with it, if there is a theme or color scheme you would like it fit, and any inspiration photos you may have that you’d like us to reference. From here, we will produce a quote for you and send it back to you in a timely manner.
